Crack'd synopsis

Trace Morgan's mother is dead. Trace will do whatever it takes to forget and fill the void. Through Space Exploration, Jack Daniels, and the dreaded 'Emotional Overload', she journeys through the art of letting go, always dancing on the knife between comedy and tragedy.

Praise for Crack'd

Catherine Montgomery's Crack'd is bare-boned, personal, fiercely unique, and just a tad bit dangerous. CRACK'd, with its high energy and raw, emotional display is an assault on all fronts, proving itself to be a beautiful example of the powers of live theatre. Matt Roberson (NY Theatre.com)

Think Heath Ledger's Joker in a tiara...Montgomery is a virtual force of nature onstage.
Joff Schmidt (CBC Winnipeg)

Watching it is like grabbing the end of that electrical wire with a short. You just can’t let go. It won’t let you. It’s highly charged...And it’s funny. Very funny and strangely touching.
Sharon Pollock (CBC)
